Customs Duty, Taxes, and Fees
Most international orders will incur additional fees in the form of customs duty and taxes, and Pectus International is not responsible for these charges, nor are these charges included in the shipping fees charged by Pectus International. Please note that we do not falsify customs declarations and cannot fulfil requests that require us to commit customs fraud. We are required to report the actual price paid for merchandise when shipping orders and cannot mark packages as gifts.
Return to Sender Packages
Packages can be returned to us for many reasons. Depending on the reason for the return, there may be additional charges applied to your order. Please read below for more information:
- Packages can be returned to us for missing or incorrect address information. Please take a moment to check and make sure your address is correct. If the carrier charges us to return the package, this will be deducted from the refund or added to the re-shipment fee.
- Packages can be returned to us if they are refused at customs for any reason. Sometimes we choose to get these packages back. If there are any customs fees and shipping charges to return your order, this will be deducted from the refund or added to the re-shipment fee.
