Refund policy
Pectus International offers a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact support@pectus-international.org for a refund subject to the following conditions:
- You must contact us for a Return Authorization number before mailing your returns
- Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt
- Items must be unused and in its original condition
- Items must be in original packaging
- You must have an original receipt or packing slip to complete your return
- You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method only
- Pectus International reserves the right to withhold a 25% restocking fee for items that do not arrive in stockable condition, i.e. signs of wear, damaged, and/or missing parts
- Pectus International reserves the right to withhold any refunds if your original items have not reached our warehouse
- Clearance items are not eligible for refunds
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount
- Note that items purchased at a third party or re-seller must be returned at those locations and are subject to the third party’s return policy
To start a return, you can contact us at support@pectus-international.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
